Airport, Location Distance to & Course
Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (“XNA”) is the primary commercial service airport in the region. The facility is served by United, American, Delta, Frontier and Allegiant Airlines with daily nonstop jet service to major cities such as New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and San Francisco.
XNA is located 27 miles/44 kilometers from the Centennial Park venue.
A Note about the Fayetteville Airport:
Fayetteville is also the name of a city in the state of North Carolina which has the airport city code “FAY”. While the two cities share the same name, they definitely are not close neighbors and are 1,000 miles (1,700 km) away from each other. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND TRAVEL TO FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA!

Local Transportation – Taxi and Airport Shuttle Services for Visitors
Like in most of the USA, a car can be very useful for visiting the NWA region. However, it may not be essential for FayetteCross 2021 spectators and it is possible to attend FayetteCross 2021 without hiring a rental car. XNA is served by several taxi and shuttle service companies (in addition to Uber and Lyft) all providing transport, between the airport and Fayetteville area hotels (including the Athletes Village) and other destinations near Centennial Park. The airport shuttle services (except for Uber and Lyft) ordinarily require advance reservations and costs approximately $50-70 one way between XNA Airport to the Athletes’ Village Hotels in Fayetteville.
